Titan Twin Turbo TTC-SCS88TZ VGA cooler

Conclusion

What we did like:
The Titan Twin Turbo is a well designed, quality VGA cooler which offers good performance and relatively low-noise operation. Despite its massive size it is fairly lightweight and quite easy to install. For those that care about aesthetics, the futuristic design of the Twin Turbo will certainly not disappoint.

What we did not like:

While the Twin Turbo is a very good VGA cooler, it should be better supported. It is rather silly for a cooler which is capable of great performance to be restricted to such a small range of cards, we are certain the cooler could handle something like an Nvidia 8800GS or the ATI 3850 series. The installation instructions need improvement and there should be a clear list of the supported VGA cards on the package. Furthermore, the Twin Turbo will block the expansion card slot right under the VGA card slot.

Who would we recommend it to:

The Titan Twin Turbo has left us with mixed feelings. On one hand we have a very competitive VGA cooler which performs very well and is relatively quiet, and on the other hand we cannot mount it on most of the cards which could use a better cooling solution. We strongly believe that the Twin Turbo needs to be re-designed to support a wider range of VGA cards; however for those of you with compatible hardware it comes highly recommended.

The Titan Twin Turbo TTC-SCS88TZ VGA cooler wins our Shortlist Award.

The Titan Twin Turbo TTC-SCS88TZ VGA cooler is available for around 23 euros.
