The game is published by bitComposer Games and was created by the Ukrainian developer GSC Game World. S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat is the follow-up to the highly successful S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. The successful S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series has sold over 2 million copies worldwide, and the newest episode seamlessly connects to Shadow of Chernobyl or so the press release says. One of the key reasons for anticipation is that Call of Pripyat is one of the first PC games supporting the new DirectX11 technology. Unlike most other games however, it hasnt been given a specific date in February, so it is still anyones guess (from 28 days) as to when it will be released. At least its not far away for STALKER fans. Share On
