Not one to rest on its laurels, MSI is set to release a new motherboard based on its Big Bang concept – the MSI Big Bang XPOWER.

MSI already has announced its Trinergy, which offers Tri-SLI and Fuzion Big Bang boards, with the Lucidlogix’s Hydra 200 chip, and now adds Crossfire X with a Phsyx Card as well to its Big Bang range. If you want to run your system on this then you will need an original Core i7 on socket 1366.

This Big Bang XPOWER begs to be used with the upcoming Core i7-980X Hardware Heaven reported about earlier.

The board also features Quantum Wave soundcard with THX certification and a 16-phase DrMOS PWM as well as a host of other top end features.
