Novatech – The Revolution

Novatech were founded in 1987 and since then have grown to become one of the UKs top computer suppliers. Each week they process thousands of orders with 95% shipping the same day and have the capacity to manufacture 6000 PCs and 4000 notebooks each week.

This well managed and growing infrastructure has served them well, resulting in awards such as the PC Pro Best Online Retailer 2008 and some impressive performance in the Which Magazine user survey. Which magazine readers gave them a reliability score of 85%, matching Apple, and an overall rating of 81% which exceeded competitors such as Mesh (62%).

Today we have one of Novatech’s latest systems on our test bench. The Revolution is a midrange desktop with 6-core AMD processor and Radeon 5700 series graphics. Can it live up to the high expectations generated by the recent Which report? Let’s find out in a selection of real world tests ranging from Gaming to High Definition playback and media conversion.
