On the last page we saw the results for XFX’s 650w model and now we move on to the 750w model, tested at 25, 50, 75 and 100% of its rating. The 750w model offers performance which is just as impressive as the 650w model with the +5v being particularly strong on this version. The higher specification components in the 750w model also have a knock on effect to the efficiency and AC ripple results where we peak at 87.5% for the former and see the latter fall to 20/17/31Mv (3.3/5/12v).

The increase in electrical performance also benefits the temperature of the unit and despite running at higher watt ratings the 750w is slightly quieter and 2°C cooler at 100% load.
