Aliens Vs. Predator, a DirectX11 game, gives us our first look at the performance of AMD/XFX’s new 6900 series and the initial results are promising. The 6950 sits at a level just above the GTX 570 and the same can be said of the 580/6970 comparison. If AMD were aiming to match NVIDIA’s top two single GPU products with these new cards then, for AvP, they have succeeded.
