Prolimatech Genesis CPU Cooler Review

Prolimatech Genesis CPU Cooler Review

Over the past few years there has been a trend towards factory sealed liquid cooling for enthusiasts as manufacturers such as CoolIT and Asetek enhanced their product ranges with items such as the Vantage. These liquid coolers offered far easier maintenance than DIY installs and for the most part worked well, though they could be quite loud.

This noise issue, mixed with the fact that many people still don’t feel comfortable with liquid in their system means that there is still a good market for high end air cooling and one company continuing to push this technology is Prolimatech.

Today we have one of Prolimatech’s latest products on our test bench. The Genesis is a tower style cooler with a twist and we will be finding out how it compares to another high end cooler as well as the reference design model in a selection of tests.
