Gigabyte 990FXA-UD7 ReviewA few weeks ago AMD launched their 990FX chipset and with it the AM3+ socket which supports current and future AMD CPUs. At the time we looked at MSI and ASUS high end boards based around that chipset and found the Crosshair V Formula to be the better of the two. As always though there are a number of other manufacturers who are looking to capture the high end AMD consumer and one of those is Gigabyte. Today we have their 990FXA-UD7 on our test bench and will be comparing it to the ASUS Crosshair V Formula as we find out which board offers the best performance. |
