Although Razer started its existence as a mouse manufacturer in recent times we have seen a number of alternative peripherals from the San Diego based company. Those products included the Onza Xbox 360 controller, Chimaera 5.1 wireless headset and Black Widow Mechanical Keyboard and each impressed in its own way. The Onza for example is without doubt the best 360 controller available and the most unique thanks to sticks with variable sensitivity and programmable buttons. Today though we are back to a device from Razer’s original business, a mouse.

The subject of our review today is the Mamba 4G, or Mamba 2012 as it is also known. This new edition of Razer’s high end wireless gaming mouse has enhanced specifications which rival the best wired mice so let’s find out what has changed and how it performs…
