OCZ ZT Series 750W Power Supply Review

In recent times OCZ Technology have become best known for creating some of the best flash based storage solutions. Their devices such as the RevoDrive 3 X2 and Vertex 3 MaxIOPS are at the fastest devices of their type and The RevoDrive Hybrid shows that they can be innovative too in their quest to offer a product for every consumer.

OCZ don’t just do SSDs though, they also offer a wide range of PSUs under their own brand as well as PC Power & Cooling and earlier this year we took a look at their ZX series which was Gold Certified. High end PSUs of course come with a price to match and OCZ recognise that many consumers are looking for something which offers as many features and as much performance as possible for their money, enter the ZT series which is a fully modular mainstream PSU. Today we have one of the first samples of the OCZ ZT 750w PSU on our test bench to find out if it can hit that balance of performance and cost which appeals to the mainstream consumer.
