ZOTAC ZBOX Nano XS AD11 Plus Mini PC Review
ZOTAC ZBOX Nano XS AD11 Plus Mini PC Review (ZBOXNXS-AD11-Plus)
Last week we took a look at ZOTAC’s ZBOX AD05 Plus, a system many would consider to be ultra compact. On that model ZOTAC were able to cram in a dual core CPU, 2GB of memory, a 300+GB drive and DirectX 11 GPU along with plenty of key features including USB 3.0 and Wireless N functionality. We noted at the time that this was one of many systems ZOTAC offered which looked to fill the neds of various different consumers with the AD04 being another approach.
At Cebit ZOTAC were giving select press a glimpse of a product which would soon hit the market, a new ultra compact ZBOX sytem which would be their smallest yet, but the claim was that performance would not be impacted. Today that ridiculously small system launches and we find out if the ZBOX Nano XS Plus (AD11) lives up to ZOTAC’s claims.
Packaging and Bundle
ZOTAC package their ZBOX in a box which gives a clear view of the product on the front and lists a number of the key features with it. On the back we find more product information and inside the system is well protected by cardboard and wrapped in protective plastic bag and cover.
Bundled with the ZBOX we find a selection of documentation, software CDs, 65w PSU, media remote (with USB receiver) and wireless dongle that has a built in antenna. Also provided is a stand to mount the unit (VESA Compatible).
