The aim of this test is to look at the aspects which differ from system to system and are often most important in ensuring a slick, speedy user experience. Starting with memory bandwidth we see results which are acceptable for a budget platform and near identical to the AD05 which shares a similar specification. The similar performance continues on USB 3.0 where the Nano XS far exceeds the 30MB/s cap of USB 2.0 but when we move to hard drive speeds we see the real strength of the system when compared to many other compact models. The SSD used by ZOTAC offers great read/write performance, well in excess of the 100MB/s average of most compact systems. In fact it is over double the speed.
