With Skyrim Bethesda have chosen to stick with DirectX9 and so we don’t get to take advantage of many of the features which make these cards stand out from older models. That said this does mean we have some high framerates from all the cards being tested with a similar trend showing here to BF3. The Phantom GTX 680 runs fastest at 1920×1080 however Powercolors 6970 offers better framerates at 5760×1080.
