A few months ago we took a look at NZXT’s Hale82 750w PSU and found it to be a quality modular unit which helped create a stylish system with good performance when paired with their Switch 810 case and Havik coolers.
Now NZXT are back with a new Hale82 range, this time featuring a N suffix which signifies non-modular PSU. Is it a worthy addition to the Hale82 range? We have the 750w model on our test bench to find out.
Packaging and Bundle
The Hale82 N has near identical packaging to the original model with the simple addition of a N to the artwork. Key features are listed and through a small window we can see part of the PSU.
Inside we find the PSU suspended in foam and wrapped in plastic for decent protection. Also included are the product manual, mains cable and cable ties along with some screws to install the PSU in our case.
