NZXT Respire T20 and T40 CPU Cooler with CPU Cooler with Seamless Direct Touch heatpipes

NZXT is extending their range of coolers with two new units with the names Respire T20 and T40. Both coolers feature cooper heatpipes which touch the CPU directly allowing for the most efficient heat transfer possible. Thanks to the wide range of compatibility and large spectrum of RPM speed, the Respire coolers are ideal for both silent fans and power users!      

The verb „to respire“ is the basis of the new CPU coolers as it means „to breath“. This is the perfect fit, as the Respire T20 and T40 are able to cool a wide range of different CPUs with ease.

The Respire T40 is the larger of the two, easily able to keep Piledriver, Ivy Bridge, Trinity and more cool during heated gaming sessions. To achieve this, solid Aluminum fins have been stacked on top of each other to form a block of heat dissipation area of 13 cm width and 6 cm depth, able to keep the temperatures of a processor at a minimum. The smaller NZXT Respire T20 delivers similar performance while managing smaller dimensions of 12 cm width and 4 cm depth.

Four copper heatpipes on the T40 transport the generated heat from the CPU to the numerous fins. Each with a diameter of 8 mm. The smaller T20 still features three 6 mm thick copper heatpipes. Thanks to a patented “Seamless Direct Touch”, the heatpipes have been inserted straight into the base of the coolers, creating seamless contact with the CPU to be cooled.

Each of the fans includes a black and white 120 mm fan, which has a range of 1.300 to 1.800 RPM, offering both silent fans and enthusiasts the flexibility needed for utmost performance. The adjustment of the RPM level is done via the included adapters. a rubber frame is used to hold each fan in place, eliminating any sources of vibration. A second such unit is included on both the coolers, allowing a second cooling unit to be attached to each of the NZXT Respire units.

NZXT Respire T20 and  T40 sport a height of 160 mm and thus are right in line with other 120 mm tower coolers, which results in an extreme high compatibility, making the Respire series the perfect choice for any Intel or AMD based system. For an easy and quick installation, a manual and thermal paste have also been included with each of the coolers.
