Without doubt Antec are best known for their PC cases and power supplies. In each area they have created some top quality products and built various ranges which offer different price to performance/features that appeal to different consumer groups. More recently Antec moved into liquid cooling with their Kühler range and those too were impressive.

As we have seen quite often in recent times well known manufacturers have seen moving into new areas as a wise move in this economic climate. Antec’s approach to this has been the creation of a mobile brand which includes chargers and audio devices. One such device is the a.m.p. SP1, a compact Bluetooth speaker and speakerphone and it is the focus of our review today.



Packaging and Bundle

The SP1 arrives in a hard plastic case with the speaker on display inside. Contained in the base of the box are our bundled items which include product documentation 3.5mm to 3.5mm audio cable and a flat USB cable which is used for charging from a USB port.
