Blackberry Z10 Smartphone Review with Blackberry 10
In the smartphone market it is fair to say that Nokia have had a tough few years and by the looks of things HTC are following down that route but one company stands out more than any other as having a year or so to forget, RIM… or as they are now known, Blackberry. The need to completely rebrand the company identity gives an idea of just how bad things have gone for a company who dominated business communications not so long ago.
Some of the damage to RIMs image may have been self-inflicted, from the underwhelming Playbook tablet, inability to manage major outages and delays on new hardware but the Playbook has found some sort of footing at a new low price and now the latest hardware and software is ready in the shape of the Z10 and Q10 handsets. Both run the new Blackberry 10 mobile operating system and we have the former to review today.
Packaging and Bundle
Blackberry package the Z10 in a reasonably plain box which gives focus to the brand name, model name and the handsets 4G(LTE) compatibility. Inside the phone is protected by plastic layers front and back then suspended in a tray above the bundled items.
Included with the phone we get a compact wall charger, USB charge/data cable, in-ear headset and product documentation.
