Sony Xperia Tablet Z Review
In a crowded marketplace, or one which is dominated by a few significant players, one of the best things a manufacturer can do to push their product forward is offer a major key feature that no-one else does. For Sony who are trying to compete with the likes of Samsung and Apple while also taking on numerous other manufacturers their move has been durability. The Xperia Z stands out in the high end market due to its water and dust proof design, something we probably all wish our phones were.
Now Sony are bringing the same great dust and waterproof design from their Xperia Z to the tablet market with the Xperia Tablet Z. Today we have the 3G version on tour test bench to see if a tablet can be durable and offer the same quality and features as other high end devices.
Packaging and Bundle
Sony package their latest tablet in a box which is very reminiscent of all recent Xperia devices and give us a nice shot of the device with minimal marketing fluff. Inside we find the tablet wrapped in a protective plastic and suspended in a tray above the bundled items.
Sony give us a USB cable, mains charger and product documentation along with an Xperia care card which gives us access to support if needed.
