Today on our test bench we will be taking a look at a headset from the Tt eSports range which supports both the PC and smartphone/tablet platforms. Recently we have seen a couple of excellent headsets from Tt eSports, the Console One aimed at both the PC and console market and the Shock gaming headset. Both of these served a different market but delivered on value for money and performance so our hopes are high for this model.

Packaging and Bundle

The Cronos is supplied in a medium sized cardboard box and because the headset can be stored flat it is a reasonably compact box. The front of the Cronos package features a large picture of the headset along with logos highlighting some of its key features. Turning to the back of the package we find more information and technical specifications on the headset.

Taking the headset out of the package we see that the Cronos is held securely in a moulded plastic housing. It is delivered in its flat state and the bundled items are also stored in the plastic housing to ensure that they aren’t damaged in transit.

Along with the headset Tt eSports have provided a black fabric carry bag for transporting the headset and a user manual that allows us to properly set up the product.

The Cronos supports both PC and mobile platforms and to make this as simple as possible, Tt eSports have provided us with two sets of cables. One has a 3.5mm plug for connection to a handset/tablet. The other has a full USB connection along with two 3.5mm plugs for connecting to our soundcard. All connectors provided with the Cronos are gold plated to give us the highest quality output.
