DOTA 2 was tested at 1920×1080 with maximum detail.

In the last test we saw the XFX 240 outperform the GT 630 by some way but in DOTA 2 the results are much closer. The two cards are almost identical in performance but when we move up to the GT 640 and R7 250 things change. In that test the Radeon configuration is better suited to this game engine and it outperforms the GeForce by an average of 17fps.
