have it hooked on coax digital out to logitech z5500.

does kxdriver support ac3 passthrough for my card? if so how do i set up.

searched forum already, found thread dating to 2004 which says it is not supported. has that changed?

No, kX does not support AC3 passthru on Live! (10k1) models.

It only works on Audigy cards AFAIK

I've got the same reciver (Logitech z 5500) and connected through coax to SB Audigy (SB0231 10k2) and can't get 5.1 on it. In kx test i hear only front speakers, in ac3 filter and windows i set up speakers 5.1. What else should i set up?
