a3d possible with Kx drivers?

does a3d work with the kx drivers installed, and not creative's drivers?

a3d is only workin good with hardware that really supports it, and those chips are not built anymore.

the newer cards that claim to feature a3d dont have the quality that the vortex 2 chipseries (8830) had.

imho its the same as with the voodoo cards, a good technology was sold and died then..
