center / sub problem

Hi!!!
I have a sound blaster live 5.1 to listen dvd videos in 5.1 config.

When I see a DVD, the outputs are all right. but when I listen music, MP3 for example, the only active outputs are front L/R. Thats OK, but I have a 18" sub with a 450W RMS amp and I want to use it. So, I go to Surrounder, I enable sub output & bass redirection, and the sub output goes to FRONT speaker.

its like i have to switch front/sub if i want to use mp3 playback.

what's wrong??

Hello

I have similar problem. Yesterday I tried to run 5.1 speaker set on CT4832 Value. Center/Sub output does not work at all. Instead little noise is heard on Center speaker. Does 4832 support 5.1? Is Center/Sub output only Digital out??

4832 is 4.0 only, there is no sub/centre out

Hello! I´m having the same problem . any way to use the digital output as
center/subwoofer???
