Bacic DSP Setups for game-sound

Hi, I am a "red-neck" on the forum..

Have used KX-driver for some months, it helped me solve a spesial problem:

The standard soundblaster driver disabled my firewire conection, ther was no way I could capture video from my videocamera.

KX fixed it!!! Thanks a lot.

Then my question:

Is the default DSP setup relevant for good sound on games?

Can somone suply a "stripped" DSP setup that suports gaming-sound onely?

Is ther any thing to gain on gaming-sound this way?

Default DSP setup works well on gaming purposes. Just set Your surrounder on Your configuration.
