ATI TV-XBox problem...HELP!

Ok, I have an ALLINWONDWER ATI video card...I have my xbox connected to it with the latest version of the ATI tv program. The xbox displays just fine but there is one, big problem...

It lags behind at least two seconds, and the quality is crappy.

My desktop and all that other stuff is great! I just got the card off a friend of mine a few days ago because he bought a new one...But its just this 'Composite TV mode' that displays the Xbox picture.

Example: I press right trigger to shoot. The rumble back goes off, and then two seconds later, I see the bullets finally explode from the gun. And just the quality itself is tolerable, but I know it could be better. I believe it has something to do with the automatic recording that the program does, so you can trace back or rewind the video...I think thats what causes the slow down and decrease in clarity.

If someone can please help me, or if i just need to disable the recording that goes off automatically when i turn it on that would be great! I dont know what to do anymore

Looking around this forum you'd know many people have this program.

You have a choice here: Disable TV On Demand or get something like DScaler for playing Xbox (I Bet getting DScaler solves both problems 100%)

Its better than MMC and its free. Should work WAY better quality wise etc.

Ok i download a version..the quality is crappy, as the ATI was..but theres no delay...and the sound doesnt work >< Help again please...and thanks btw for solving one problem so far XD

Are you refering to no soud in Dscaler? or sound in MMC? one resuires setting a driver, the other requires changing the NSP driver...

He got it fixed...we had an MSN chin wag. It was TVoD
