ATI Decoder Update, CD Verification Failed WTF

It asks me to point out the location on my ATI Install driver CD that came with my card i install it then show the location then click next then it says...

Valid ATI Cd not Found WTF, without it i cant update the Encoder for MMC AHHHHH

could it be becuse i dont have a ATI box Branded card and i have a sapphire one instead ! hmm

Thats exactly why, the ati update requires the original ati cd to be in the drive

Well duh, i know that but with the cd in the drive it still says ati verification failed....

what if you point to the folder on the cd that contains the Encoder?

you said you used the cd that came with your saphire card, the ati check only works with an ATI cd, unless im misuderstanding you

You need a Built By ATi cd(sapphire or any other will not work)

I would imagine Sapphire's website would have a DVD Decoder download...

No BBA ATI card , No ATI licenced from 3rd party from encoder
Though there are ways around this includeimg installing one of
the many dvd decoder softwares... check the sapphire CD might
be something...

The idea behind this is to get hardware accelerated DVD decoding...
