Power Supply?
I just got the tv/video capture components of my ati aiw 9800 pro card going and my system keeps restarting every time I try to record. Does the record function draw a lot of extra power? My power supply is only 250w and I'm wondering if this could be the problem.

That's definately the problem, the +12v side must be overloaded!

I have a 330W unused power supply here that I could replace the 250W with. Would that be enough juice for my aiw? Here's what else is in the case:
DVD burner DVD rom 3400+ amd 1 gig ram 160 gig hd Not sure if that matters... |

What matters most would be the amperage on the +12v side, I'd say you'd need closer to the range of a 400 - 450 for that to be safe...
