Which version of drivers are you using? The ones that came with the card? If so a wire has to go from the audio out of the video card to the audio in on your sound card.

The only thing I can suggest is to double check the audio settings for your sound card. In particular the other input settings.

Go into Control Panel, Sounds and Audio Devices, Volume tab, then hit the Advanced button. From there click on Options from the top menu, then Properties. You should see a list for a bunch of controls at the bottom of the window that pops up. The three that are most important are: CD Digital, Auxilary, and Line In. Make sure they are all checked, then hit OK. What you want to do is make sure none of them are mute, and are at a decent volume level. You are basically looking to find out which one of those 3 have the audio coming into.

Other than that I would recommend contacting ATI directly. They'd be in a better postition to help with this problem.
