please Help: AIW9800 +Cat +MMC+Homm5

Hi Experts,

short: graphicperformance (TV) low with any driver, BIOS.
- Which driver is convenient and supports HOMM5 ?
- can I combine Catalyst 6.5, OMEGA6.5 and MMC 9.06? Or which other?
- which order of installation is necessary? Cat-RW-DVD-MMC?
- which Drivers I do really need? ..._enu_... ..._uci_... DAO ...CCC... ?
- could be a Prob in Bios? U (AGP)=2,5V raise to 2,6V? Graf App.size=128 MB, Video Bios shadowed...

ca 2 years ago I bought a Hercules 9800 SE AIW 128MB. Each jear I had a problem to find the right newer driver. with most of them I got a delayed TV and s stuttering gafic performance. I found the Cat5.1 and MMC9.06. That worked and TVchannel switching was as fast as it can be.
Now came "HOMM V" and I needed to update again.

First I installed the new Omega over Cat 5.1, that made Homm5 run, but killed my TV. I deinstalled (cleaned) everything and installed Cat 6.5 and mmc9.14. TV took 30s to initialize, switching took 2s and the picture was poor, even if I switched LiveShow to 1. RW works also bad, no Volume control etc. Now I recognized , the card was labeled as PRO

and I looked for a BIOS. Hercules has just SE-Bios, so I took an ATI (same as Sapphire). No Change! INTERESTING: using ATI tool, the cube rotated smooth, while touched with mouse pointer, moving the mouse to desktop, it hang. I tried to open 8 pipes (norm. I dont use), and got more Pixel mistakes as ever. But Homm5 worked fine.
I returned to former drivers, Bios and pipes, and now the TV-performance is bad too.
I want to watch Word Cup and play Homm

with my good old performance-please Help me!
System:
Hercules AIW9800 SE, 128 MB with heatpipe
Asus A7N8X-E-Deluxe BIOS 013, Nforce2 (5.10)
2x512MB Dual-Channel DDR400
CPU Barton Mobile OC to stable 1900MHz
SATA Raid
Audigy LS

"Heroes of Might and Magic"

Anyway homm runs, but with the nessesary Cat-update my TV was unwatchale

I found a Betadriver of catalyst 6.5. Now Im installing again. The same procedure...
I try to find another TV-Software for my AIW working with Remoe Wonder... Maybe "TVcentral_V2" is an alternative!

I installed Catalyst6.5 Beta and have the same results.Installing other software TV as WinampTV and TVcentral_V2 I got the same, even larger Problems.
In scanning mode the channal flipping is fast and smooth, after initialising of sound, there are great dalays.
Now Im gonna check the drivers of my audigy LS and the MB-BIOS switches. Then I ll choose an alternative to T200. Are there TV-drivers from OMEGA or DNA?
