mmc 9.14, nothing happens when trying to run
This morning I did a complete uninstall of my ati drivers and ran a few different driver cleaners.
I then installed cats 6.7 & and the 4 programs for mmc 9.14 The cats 6.7 and CCC work fine. -------------------------- However, I am unable to get any of the mmc applications to load. I am given no error messages. When I try to start any of the applications: My mouse icon turns into an hourglass for as econd, and then nothing. --> The launcher does open. However, none of the applications will open through it either. Again, no error message given. 'Event Viewer' shows no errors either. I tried searching these forums and through google. I couldn't find any information regarding this. I'm assuming something went wrong during the installation. ----------------------------- I tried redownloading and isntalling everything, no difference. Any help would be appreciated. This is on a windowsxp sp2 system wit ha x850xt video card Last edited by troubleasusual; Jul 31, 2006 at 05:23 PM. |

See the sticky thread from Judas (above) for my solution to all this. In short: an nVidia video card with TV out an internal Hauppauge capture card (PVR150 or PVR 350) www.videolan.org for your software needs. Easily $100 less than an ATI AIW card, but with all the perks, much easier integration and updating process. Say goodbye forever to ATI's headaches and frustration. |

Is there such a thing as an X850 XT All In Wonder? If it isn't an All In Wonder card those apps won't do anything.
