Looking for driver for ATI Mobility U1 card for W2000 Server

Hi everybody !

Does anyone know a driver for my ati card for W2000 Server ? I tried many sites, unsuccessly.
When you install those drivers, after rebooting, blank screen and nothing else.

Can anyone help me please ? It's important.
