Problems with TV Wonder Pro TV Tuner and MMC

I recently bought this card so that I could play consoles (namely my PS2) on my computer, but I haven't been able to get the software to work properly. I've tried a whole bunch of different versions of Multimedia Center, but the TV part of it never seems to work. The one that came with the card didn't have an option for TV at all. I'm not sure which version I have installed now but it's the latest one off of the ATI website (9.14 i think) and whenever I try to start TV it comes up with this:

I've already installed and reinstalled the latest drivers for the tv card multiple times, aswell as everything else related to the card and MMC. I just can't figure out whats wrong. Maybe my card's hooked up wrong or isn't being recognized? I hope someone can help.

That's just MMC being a piece of crap. Have you tried a third party TV program like DSCaler? For consoles especially you will likely get better results
