I noticed they packaged AVIVO codecs and C++ in with the encoder part of the drivers now.

Thanks. That's all I needed to know. I'm shopping for a new system (my AIW 9600 Pro is a bit long in the tooth to play Oblivion at a resolution I like) and I'm going to go with Nvidia because ATI has shown it won't listen to the customer. This is my 2nd AIW card. I'm sick of the crappy drivers. Users providing them with fixes and suggestions, and getting no response. Just more crappy broken drivers and software.

I'll grab a 3rd party card for TV. ATI just isn't worth the hassle anymore.

Too busy reformatting just to find MMC is still a hunk of crap and doesn't work

dose eny1 know if it works with the x800xt aiw or am still stuck with the old drivers

It works but you have to do the reg hack for audio to turn off constant recording . I have not made much use of it though so if you have something stable stick with it.

You might wanna stick with the old drivers anyway.... truth be told its too much of a hassle to get this new MMC to work

but i want beter drivers that will give me good frames but newer drivvers dont like the old capture drivers and it sux

I have tried this MMC9.15 with the CAT6.9 and I cannot schedule any recording with Guide+ anymore. Actually it schedule correctly, starts the TV applications, but does not switch to the correct channel nor record anything.

Does the record scheduler still works for anybody ?

Mine not functional on MMC 9.06.1
