MMC 9.15 Encoder

I've got both an HDTV and TV Wonder Elite in a newly formatted XP system. During installation of the HDTV stuff with MMC 9.15, I ran into a problem installing the encoder (6-8_xcode_35179.exe). I get the following:

"Setup was unable to find components that can be installed on your current hardware or software configuration. Please make sure you have the required hardware or software."

Any ideas anyone?

Don't install it... all it does for me is enable the parental lock and tell me my parents don't want me watching anything
