TV Filters

I recently read a article talking about a series of filters for TV in on a AIW. At least that's what I thought.
Anyway were are they, does anyone know what I'm asking about?

heard about that too; I think it's connected W my problem; while in TV mode and watching weak signal, it seems driver is trying to correct brightness of the pisture (intensity, strength is changing all the time)
