Avivo Uninstall

Do I have to uninstall the AVIVO CODECS if uninstall than reinstall different drivers, or is it OK to leave them in. For instance if I have 7.1 Avivo with 6.12 ATI DRIVERS.

It should be ok, though I wouldn't see why you wouldn't use the AVIVO codecs that correspond with your driver revision, as that is the reccomended practise.
