AIW HD Windows 7 x64 Drivers

I've been beating my head against the wall trying to get my AIW HD card to install properly in Windows 7 x64. I was instructed to use the Vista drivers which work but don't allow Windows Media Center to see the TV Tuner.

I was told that Hardwareheaven.com has a solution for using the AIW HD in Windows 7 but I can't find it and keep getting a 500 Error when I search. Can someone point me in the right direction?
