Black and Blue TV Screen

Very wierd and inconsistant, Black and Blue TV Screen
SOMETIMES occurs, No consistant trigger except MAYBY winamp 3.x

The Live TV picture will display solid black or blue with sound (Other Direct Draw Applications such as Zoomplayer and WMP9 will play and show recorded video files of various formats)

Problem appears both in Window, Fullscrean and Guide Plus mode. But in the 'View-tru desktop' mode or 'view-tru window' mode the picture appears fine (abeit in View-tru faded style).
If you switch back then the problem occurs again and will untill you restart

MMC 8.6
AIW 7500
XP Sp1 Plus All 'fixes'
AMD 2600 / 512 Ram
Direct X 9.0 (Newest)
MDO / DDO / drivers what ever - it is all patched and current as of Sept. 2003
