I have purchased one of these last week, could some one tell me what is the best drivers for these, is it the 3.7 or the 3.8

Have you tried softmodding it to a 9800 Pro yet?

I have omega´s non softmod driver...compare ATI 3.9 driver i got 19 3Dmarks more on 3Dmark03
I tried omaga´s softmod driver, but uuuhh there appears some texture or pixels errors.....slashing spots
on some 3Dmark03 test and also like Quake3...but scores on 3Dmarks wauuu 5369 3Dmarks..i hope
to get rid off those quality proplems on softmod driver....If someone knows fixture, please help.

Some points what i got:
ATI catalyst 3.9 : 3655 3Dmarks
Omega 2.4.96c normal : 3674 3Dmarks
Omega 2.4.96c softmod : 5369 3Dmarks

Win XP Home
Epox EP-8RDA3+
AMD 2600+ (266Mhz)
DDR pc2100 3x256
Hercules Radeon 9800SE AIW

Hi there

i have also softmodded my aiw 9800 Se , but if u have , like u say , "pixel - mistakes" u have to change ur card with ur garuanty , sry my english sucks tihs morning :P, so long changing till it works without visual mistakes

McLaemy, people cant switch his or her card with warranty, because when you softmod, your warranty will be lossed.
How can they find out? Because it is al softmodded you ask??? well, if they get the card back and they test it at normal speed with the normal drivers, it will function properly, so they wont replace the card
