TV Capture Disappeared with 3.9 Omegas

I'm running the newest Omega drivers and the newest WDM drivers (released yesterday afaik) on my AIW 9800 Pro. Before using the new Cats I had no problems... but now when I open my TV program I can hear the sound but there is no video feed. Anyone else having this problem?
