9700 AIW tv problems

I have a ATI 9700 AIW card and i cant get the tv to work. I just did a fresh install of win 2000 pro and i downloaded wxp-w2k-catalyst-7-962-031202m1-012924c.exe from atis site. plus i installed mmc-8-1-0-0-dao-mdac.exe, atiCDwiz-v2-1.exe, mmc-8-8-0-0.exe, in that order. when i run the tv it says it cannot initialize, so i run the test and every thing is fine except dma is not enabled (which i tried to enable but it is something not avaiable on my machine

).

anyone know what the problem may be. thank you.
