NVidia GeForce FX5600 and TV

What is a good program that I can get so that I can Watch and Capture TV on my computer? Something that I can watch TV Full Screen, Window Mode, etc.. Just looking for a program so I can watch TV.

Do you already have a TV-tuner? I didn't understand if you were asking about a TV program, or a TV card
