Crackling sound on some channels

Hi I have a AIW 9800 PRO 128 and have some sound problems using my TV Tuner.
On some TV channels there are annoying sound cracks especially with higher tones. Any
help appreciated. No matter which software I use.

try turning the volume on your sound card down a bit, and turn up your speakers?

Dude tried it already. Didn't help a bit. It is odd though that it happens only on some channels, but constantly.

Some channels just broadcast at higher volumes, and it results in clipping, I had that problem with my old sound card, until I updated the driver, which normalized the inputs, and it was better.
Or perhaps it's some interference that is on those channels, and the sound card picks up on it and makes it more obvious?
In any case, the only thing I could think of is trying different sound and video/capture drivers, to see if they help
