Omega + Aiw 9800 Pro

i have read alot about the omega drivers and have wanted to upgrade to them for awhile now. The only thing that stops me from switching over to them is the pain in installing the ATI drivers and MMC that i have had in the future. MMC normally wont work if u use other drivers, mainly the TV tuner. so i would like to know of any problems that are known to arise if any, or success stories? this would really help me out in determining if i should even play around with the OMEGA's.

also if someone with past experience could give me a step by step on installing the omega's without damaging the MMC i would be very grateful.

Thank you.

System Specs

install WDM/Capture drivers first, no reboot
then install Omega drivers + control panel
reboot
go to Add/Remove Programs
select the MMC and do a Repair.

that should do it.

i guarantee you that using the omegas with AIW wonders will not have any impact of anything negitive that i've come across so far... the problem is trying to get everything installed and organized.... vampy has the simplest way of doing it so far though

In theory, you could install the Omega's right over the old drivers, but I'd rather go to Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the Control Panel and Display Driver, then do the steps in my last post.
I think the Cat uninstaller uninstalls everything from ATI
