Default Post 8500 DV compatibility problems with pci radeon sdr 32 meg card

I need help. I have two video cards in my computer. One is a radeon 8500dv aiw (which worked perfectly until now) and a pci radeon 32 meg sdr card. In order to get my computer to recognize the pci card, I had to make my bios search for the pci card before the agp card. Both cards give me a display, however, the "DV" part of my 8500dv is totally non-funcitoning now. I cannot watch TV or do any capture. Strangely, the firewire is still working. If anyone could help me out with this problem, it would be appreciated.

The error message I get is the following:

Unable to start TV
The TV player failed to initalize the vidwo.

Check the Windows Device Manager to ensure that the correct video driver has been installed and is working properly before attempting to restart TV.

I have the latest drivers installed for everything (at least I thought I did.. but perhaps the ati packages are not working properly and I should do a manual install ? (ugh)

I'm running winXP on a Soyo dragon+ motherboard.

if I can't fix this conflict (and it is a conflict since the card works flawlessly without the pci card in there), then I may have to sell my aiw card. ($150 US with all the parts) if anyone's interested.
