Ati tv wonder pro Problem

I bought a brand new computer yesterday. and i installed a ati tv wonder prob card. Everything went smooth intill i tried watching the tv. I got a error saying unable to start tv. With a pop up. Then it says go to pc check and it says i need a upgrade the directx which i did and it still says i have 8.1 which should work anyway. and something about capture driver, i check my drivers and it says there is no problem what so ever, i tried re-intalling them, and that didnt work. I need some help with this, Please help

System Specs

Well for one you need to install

directX 9C (again if need be)

Windows Media Encoder 9.0

and then the lastest driver and media center version from www.ati.com

DAO
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/mmc-9-1-0-0-dao-mdac.exe

Driver
http://www2.ati.com/drivers/tv_wonder_pro_wdm.exe

MMC 9.03

Hard to say then.... Um... you may want to contact support
or wait and see if anyone else ha some suggestions

(Something tells me to look @ the "Intel Graphics" hardware/driver
Useally people who buy ATI TV wonders appear own ATI cards but i'm
not sure if it has anything to do with your issue)

I download the 9.0 version and it olny takes about 2 seconds for it to be downloaded and installed. Then when its done intalling i try tv setup needs and still sauys need directx 8.1 or higher, i have 8.1 and i d/l 9.0???

Alright i got it to work now, i have a bad lag though, its like watching a japenese Video.. Any help on that????
