8500 AIW TV setup problems

Hi, I have an ATI All in wonder 8500, and for some reason, the TV doesn't work..I just installed it, and haven't been able to set up TV; i click on TV and i go through the setup process, but at the place it tells me to identify which audio input i would use to get the sound (I.E.. microphone or line in) (scroll down menu) it'll display an windows XP error message

I have Windows XP SP2.. so could it be some sort of compatibility error? Maybe I need to drivers.. I really could use some of your guys's expertise!
