I get an Language resource file not found error

I have an AIW 9600xt and I wanted to change drivers, so i deleted the old drivers. I have reinstalled the new drivers now this error is coming up for my TV feature..I have changed drivers before without any problems. Haven't figured it out in 2 weeks..Would like to have my TV feature back. DirectShot Driver layer, Language Resource file not found

Have you tried reinstalling DirectX maybe, or getting all the latest Windows Updates, and you did use DriverCleaner?

I had that error once but it went away when I ran the driver a second time...odd

It also sounds like your codecs maybe messed up. You might want to try installing one of the free packs available.

Oh! This could be a SP2 issue, because SP2 has default DirectX 9.0c. You are running SP2?
