Sound Degredation

Hi I get sound problems. I'm using cat 5.6 and 9.08 mmc and I've had this problem with many versions of MMC. On a fresh install the sounds is fine except for glitches when changing channels. Over time the sound degrades into just pure static. I have to reinstall to fix it. What can I do?

Try using 5.4 and 9.06.1 maybe?

I've never experienced that. What card are you using?

I'm using a AIW 9800 I am pretty sure I've tried that combination I was using 9.06.1 for a while I still had the sound problems.

Try installing fresh whatever came on the disc, that could work...... I did that when I had problems and it worked, more or less.
