Digital T.V. tuners vs All-In-Wonder cards
I'm starting out on a project to build a Media Centre, being in the U.K. I will want to pick up Freeview channels (which is a Free to Air digital T.V. service for those outside the U.K.)
I was looking for components for my built and was originally planning on using an All-in-wonder card and a digital tuner, like the SweetSpot MCE, however, I got thinking do I really need an All-in-Wonder card if I will be using the Freeview tuner? I appreciate I will still need a graphics card, that said, the Microstar K8MM-ILSR (MS-6741) I am planning on using has a K8M800 Chipset with integrated graphics, so could I rely solely on the Digital Tuner and onboard graphics processor for a stable set-up? All advice appreciated.

also that integrated Video Solution you r speaking of..does it have video input? You can get a all in wonder and set it to use the RCA inputs from your external digital tuner. As was also mentioned then you have a bit of a better GFX card incase you would like to play some games on the HTPC..BTW you also get a remote with the AIW...
